Prof Guangzhi Liu received his Ph.D. degree from Peking Union Medical College. Postgraduate in Neurology, Karolinska Medical School, Sweden, and Clinical Neurology, Oxford University, UK. He used to be chief physician and professor of neurology at Peking University People's Hospital. He is currently the director of the Department of Neurology at Anzhen Hospital, member of the Neuroimmunology Group of the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch, member of the Neuroimmunology Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctors Association, and member of the Immunization Branch of the Chinese Stroke Association. He has published more than 60 related papers and chaired a number of National Natural Science Foundations.
