1. 肥胖的营养干预研究，结合遗传背景和代谢组学表型探讨中国人群精准营养干预策略；
2. 利用大型自然人群队列，探讨基因、营养、代谢表型及其相互作用在肥胖、2型糖尿病及心脑血管疾病等发生发展中所起的作用.
