Prof. Hongwei Cai is currently the Deputy Director of Information Technology Department, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,andthe Director of the Big Data Health Research Lab, Global Health Institute, Xi'an Jiaotong University. He graduated from the Air Force Medical University and has a multidisciplinary background in clinical medicine (undergraduate), health statistics (PhD) and computer science.
