Main Research Interests

ŸPopulation-based cohort study

ŸMaternal and child health care: malnutrition in maternal and childhood, feeding practice of younger children, mental development of child in western China

ŸClinic trial: community-based randomized controlled micronutrient supplementation in pregnancy to improve selected birth outcomes which include preterm, low birth weight and perinatal mortality

ŸBirth defects: rate, changes in disease spectrum of birth defects and associated risk factors
